You can leave notes in the app on any plan. On the Standard and Premium plans, you can also set permanent preferences (no bleach, hang dry, cold only) that we follow every time.
Each order is bagged with a unique tag the moment we pick it up, and the AI photo log gives you a record of every item we received.
Yes. There is no contract, so you can cancel your plan from the app any time, no fees.
Semester plans start at $399 for Basic (10 lbs/week), $599 for Standard (20 lbs/week) and $799 for Premium (25 lbs/week, door-to-door). Full details are on the pricing page.
Anything above your plan’s weekly limit is charged at $2.99 per pound. You are not cut off — the extra weight is simply billed at that rate.
Standard Protection is included with every plan and covers up to $50 per item, $150 per occurrence and $300 per term. Dohbi Care+ is an optional $19.95 upgrade that raises those limits to $100, $400 and $500. Care+ is a paid protection upgrade, not insurance.
