Text message help
Dohbi text messages are optional and service-only: an enrollment confirmation, pickup reminders, and laundry pickup and delivery status updates. One enrollment confirmation, then up to 5 messages per laundry order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any Dohbi text to opt out. You can also turn texts off in your account settings.

Your account and data
To update your details, sign in and open your profile. To close your account or request deletion of your personal information, email privacy@dohbi.com from the address on your account. Some records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
