If you choose to receive Dohbi text messages, we collect your mobile number and SMS consent information to send the laundry service updates you request, such as pickup reminders, washer-on-the-way notices, pickup confirmation, delivery updates, and delivery confirmation. Message frequency varies, generally up to five messages per laundry order. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with contracted communications providers, including Twilio, to deliver and support the messages you requested.
